• You may use the Tool to invert colors of images that you own or have the legal right to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions to process any image using the Tool.
• You may not use the Tool to process images that are illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. This includes, but is not limited to, images that violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Tool, or use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or use the Tool.
• The Tool is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Tool for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

3. Tool Functionality

The Tool is designed to invert the colors of images uploaded by you. All image processing is performed locally in your browser; we do not upload, store, or access your images on any server. We do not guarantee that the Tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or image formats.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Tool at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from changes to the Tool or temporary unavailability.

4. Privacy and Data

As the Tool processes images locally in your browser, we do not collect, store, or transmit any of your image data or personal information. Your images remain entirely on your device, and we have no access to them. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy (if applicable).

5. Intellectual Property

The Tool, including all source code, design, graphics, text, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Tool without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of all images you process using the Tool. We do not claim any rights to your images, except for the limited right to process them locally in your browser to provide the Tool's functionality.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Tool is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tool, including but not limited to damages resulting from lost images, processing errors, or device issues. This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Tool at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the Tool or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Tool will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, but not limited to, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where we are located.
